THE LINE STARTS, WHERE?-- People standing in line to get into Steve Jobs's keynote thought they were lucky and near the front of the line. Little did they know that stowed away inside were all the other people who lined up hours beforehand.
FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY-- Looking through the windows into the "lobby" of Moscone Center West, one would think that they had secured a good spot in line. Looks can be very deceiving.
