Hello Vino Wine App Launches “Safe Ride Home” with Uber for Holidays; Powered by Button

Hello Vino has announced addition of a new “Get a Safe Ride Home” feature in its Food & Drink app with a direct connection to Uber, the technology platform that connects users with rides.

The Hello Vino app assists wine drinkers with recommendations based on their personal taste preferences and location. 21.6 percent of Hello Vino users access the app while at restaurants and establishments that serve wine, with 42 percent of app usage occurring on the weekends. Patrons can now claim a $30 “Free Ride” credit when they sign up for Uber through the Hello Vino app, made possible by the Button DeepLink Commerce platform.
