Quartz’s Christopher Mims notes thet Microsoft has spent enormous resources trying to convince people that Bings search results are just as good as Googles, and has has won some market share, but not at Googles expense.

However, the new BLIPPEX search engine (https://www.blippex.org/) by Berlin-based Austrians Max Kossatz. and Gerald Baeck, two Austrians living in Berlin, takes an innovative approach: Blippex is being built by its own users.
