Apple’s iPhone 15 to feature updated design with more rounded edges

iPhone 15 render (Forbes)According to the latest rumors and leaked CAD renders, Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro is expected to have a USB-C charging port, curved edges, a thicker camera bump, and a redesigned mute button. The volume rockers may be replaced with capacitive buttons, but this is not confirmed. The Dynamic Island feature is expected to continue, but the camera resolution and the presence of a new Periscope camera cannot be confirmed from the renders.

The iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max may have thinner bezels and curved edges, making it easier to hold and reach the top-left corner with one hand. The Pro models will have a titanium chassis and a solid-state design for the volume and power buttons. Both models will feature telephoto lens technology, but only the iPhone 15 Pro Max will have a Periscope lens enabling 6x optical zoom. The design will likely be lighter weight and have more of a matte texture than the iPhone 14 Pro.
