Apple updates MacBook Air with faster Ivy Bridge Intel processors

Apple today released updated 11″ and 13″ MacBook Airs with faster dual-core i5 Intel Ivy Bridge processor running up to 2.0GHz and high-speed USB 3.0 ports. Prices on all but the low-end 11-inch model were also lowered by $100. The new models are available for order today at The Apple Store:

– 11″ 1.7GHz 64GB: $999
– 11″ 1.7GHz 128GB: $1099

– 13″ 1.8GHz 128GB: $1199
– 13″ 1.8GHz 256GB: $1499
